Experience in one line of law is not the only qualification for a good judge. I worked for Mr. Young for several years at a different law firm. He is compassionate, fair, hard working, very intelligent, gentile, maintains control, is a great time manager, eloquent in speech and written expression. According to the Clark Partington website, it says he has been the head attorney in 70 criminal cases as a State attorney. That would be a good 2 days work! This guy would be a good Circuit Court judge., not a County Court judge ,who's main duties are criminal cases! Far more qualified candidates were presented to the Governor to choose from.
