So just who does the PSC work for AND have they ever said NO to an increase? the PSC should just be abolished.

gee, i guess when NW florida had a chance to upgrade their hurricane building standards after that monster hurricane decimated MIAMI and south florida, didn’t feel that they needed it since the politicians here said “oh the vast amount of trees and forest will absorb the impact of hurricanes so we have no need to upgrade”…were sooo wrong and without any sort of scientific bases. we knew the damage it could cost but the governments up here did not make any sort of assessment for it?

What a joke this is……
The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer.
Why don’t we charge this to the million dollar insurance companies.
I guess because they have the $$$ to stuff the PSC pockets so they vote
they want them to. So sad

Maybe the Gulf Power stockholders should take a little bit of a loss for a change. I just don’t understand guaranteeing them a return on their Investments. Sometimes maybe they should take a loss their gambling too. Didn’t Gulf Power know that a hurricane something like Michael might hit before they made the 2018 January Cuts how dumb are they ? Smart people set aside money for these type of emergencies they don’t go out and tax people after the fact.
