I was so happy to arrive in FL when I transferred here and I stopped everywhere that had a sign. Bought lots of things I didn't need like bubble gum oranges in a orange crate. I was thrilled not to have to call myself a tourist anymore. I want to drive up there and buy some things just for the fun of it! II am so excited for Century! It says everything that needs to be said and you can read it from the road. Good job Mr. Gomez. If more of Century looked as colorful and tasteful as this, may be the image of Century would impress folks to stop and spend some time (and therefore money which would improve the economics here) before trekking on to Pensacola and the beaches. As long as the shop Mr. Gomez is planning to open is not tacky tourist junk Century may be taking the first small step toward becoming a prosperous little village.
