I was a victim in this accident Its a year now later doing good walking fine and recovered in full, on ther than occasionally having lower back pains. Injuries extensive! 4 Broken ribs, 2 fractured vertebrates, fractured Knee cap, crushed orbital socket and concousion have short-term, memory problems, but nothing else ! Thank you god! Btw. We are TOTALLY AGAINST drunk driving!

Glad the women involved are recovering. When one is driving in an unknown area, and at dark, anyone can be subject to issues.

There are major changes in the works for this interchange of roads, hopefully to make it safer for all of us, whether locals or passers-thru’s.

Be kind: it is traumatic to have this kind of thing happen to you, regardless of fault.

And to everyone who travels that road often… that’s why you dont miss it. You expect it. They were lost phones were not involved, it was dark. Get over yourselves ole superstar drivers in cantonment. Why dont you go read the accident reports from over the last few years. At least a dozen in the last 2 in the same spot? On another note neither person was impaired. They were on the way to get me from work in a place neither of them had ever been. Again. Thank you for the love to my wife and her sister

The report is wrong. It’s not 200 yards. Whoever this reporter is needs to re-evaluate their measurement skills.it was maybe 20- 30 yards. They were doing the speed limit. This is my wife and sister in law. Thank you everyone for your thoughts.
Btw they are both out of critical condition and will eventually be ok.

You MUST be Blind to miss that stop sign because it can be seen from the Railroad tracks. Put the PHONE down and pay attention is what really needs to happen.

@ Just Sayin – AMEN!! I travel this road several times a week. I have Never had a problem with that intersection! Driver must have been sick or impaired or just not paying attention.
