I thought the red dots were an indication of where earthquakes were. Not one was in Century, so what’s the comments on Century about?

And the very last of that article says:

“The short answer is we don’t know,” Rubinstein said. “Certainly there isn’t historically a lot of seismicity in the area, but there is a history of seismicity.

“This is common throughout the country. Even even in areas where you don’t expect earthquakes, there are earthquakes from time to time. So, it is possible that these earthquakes are natural.”

At most, slight stresses were relieved and when finished, future quakes become less likely. The article also mentions historical quakes in the area long before any drilling occurred but doubts they actually did, suggesting the reporters might have confused a hurricane with an earthquake (?????).

One writer here claimed to know if fracking operations around here but I still don’t believe it without just some vague claim of somewhere, sometime, especially since fracking is fairly new and only used in shale formations.

Virtually everything you use daily is made from oils. Your coffee pot for example. A big portion of your house and car. And you sound like the type that places supreme importance on video games , cell phones, tv’s, audio equipment and a the playthings associated with your desires. Your little backpack you wear is produced by energy from oils. Get the idea yet Stevey? While you call people names and sit in Starbucks surrounded by oil products which you greedily suck up you scream how horrible the rednecks are for even daring to drill. I can only imagine how gleefully your man bun wearing little pasty friends support you in their self righteousness.
