Crews on Nine Mile Road can't finish one section without starting another one. It has created a major disaster. Nine and One Half Mile Road is not designed to take on heavy traffic and long lines. There will definitely be back-ups between Hwy 29 and Old Palafox. Glad I'm retired and don't travel very much of Nine Mile Rd any longer.
