I “like” Rusty’s comment. How can a judge, who works at the courthouse, release a man who threatened to bomb the courthouse? If they think he’s crazy so this threat is a crazy “heat-of-the-moment” threat, then they might find out the hard way. Stalking and continuing to do so after a court order is leading towards violence.

If arrested there should be no bond for a crime like this. Where is the sense in realeasing a person back into society that says they want to kill people? If he was announcing these thoughts he should have been Baker acted and held at Lakeview where he can get treatment.
