But we should not forget there are always downsides. 1) Another life wasted and now rotting in prison. 2) It will cost Florida citizens One Million Dollars ($1,000,000+) or more to keep him there for the rest of his life along with the other 100,000 plus inmates. As a side note, the FDOC FY2019-2020 budget will increase from $2.4B to over $2.7B. That is a lot of zeros. $2,700,000,000.
