Didn't hurt anyone so he needs $1,100 that he won't get back, to be released. Highly unlikely. However, bond is meant only to insure appearance for court. Y'all apparently think bond is to be used punitively based on the crime. Sick. I'm unquestionably pro-LEO, yet sure glad some of you don't interpret the Constitution and make decisions.
