Yes we have crazy people out in the world. But that is nothing new. When you give every idiot his 15 minutes of fame then your doomed to have the other idiots wanting there fame. Besides this the court house has metal detectors and guards at the doors. So it doesn’t really make sense to do an active shooter drill. It’s also for the many employees who work in the courthouse everyday. People complain enough about wasted county money.
