Mike was in a bad car accident back in 1986 where he was ejected from the car and suffered head injuries. He almost died from his injuries. We were told that he probably wouldn't make it through the night, but he did. The doctor even told us that if he lived, he would be a vegetable. He had his problems, but far from a vegetable. Steve and I both spent night and day in that hospital room at West Florida hospital by his side, until he got to come home. Now, there both gone. I still can't believe it. I loved them both like my own brothers. These were my two cousins, Steve and Mike were brothers.
