@Jason Ward, I agree with you, both substances will show up for weeks after a single dose and the “high” lung gone. Just because he had these substances in his system doesn’t mean he was under the influence at the time of the accident. I am glad to know that someone else out there is thinking and not simply reacting.

Is there a prescription for his Xanax and THC! Didnt think so, pay the price for using illegal drugs and getting behind the wheel!!

you can go on vacation and smoke marijuana legally in dozen states two weeks after your home your still going to have chemicals that can be linked to THC in your blood as for the Xanax it could be in his system from up to 4 days earlier. Nothing in the police report proves he was impaired. I know after the wreck he was shook up; that proves nothing .Every time some one gets killed in a car wreck they don’t put some one in jail. only if they can prove with out a doubt they where impaired. every one wanted him to be drunk but there was no alcohol in his blood. maybe we are rushing to judgement

Joran Jr needs to be held in confinement, pending trial.

Look at what he has accomplished so far; who know what he is capable of next?

Why take a chance? I would certainly no that on my record as a senior officer of the court, then there is the public to think of.
