Let Junior and the Boys have fun. This is a country bumpkin bar and the noise is never too loud. The country folks need to have some Mardi Gras fun. At least they are asking for a waiver and not just strike up the band without following the laws.

Thumbs Up for the waiver to be approved and make all the noise you want to.
