Humans have done more damage to Florida forests in the last few decades than the hurricanes, and once you get into south FL that whole place looks barren with the exception of palm trees. If I put in a crop of hemp, where do I have to ship it to find a market, or worse, Sheriff Morgan or the DEA decide to call it marijuana and I wind up in jail. I decide to put in satsuma's for bio-diesel, where is the bio-diesel plant that will process them? Sounds like half of a plan from a Secretary of Agriculture that is never been closer to a farm than driving by one.
