If you've ever had the flu, the shot is worth it. For some people with Ashthma and Diabetes Etc...their doctor's strongly urge them to take the shot. I am a nurse in a local ER. Probably at least a 3rd of the people testing + for Flu A have had a flu shot already this season. The flu shot literally is a waste of $. The strain has long since mutated to something the flu vaccine will not cover. Don't lower your immune system with a flu shot at this point, just bolster with lots of vitamin C, lots of fluids, and good hand hygiene!! Just have to comment here… I am a nurse in a local ER.
