Never have the DEA and the police made the slightest dent in the war. Time to smoke a bowl...because I can. Again, I feel sorry for the police who spend their entire careers on the losing side in a tyrannical war against the people. As for the federal laws, the states have shown when the feds pass bad laws, We the People ignore those bad laws. And the feds have to just accept it, because they are already so used to losing.
