Drugs have destroyed the fabric of life in the Panhandle and the failure of the schools to get better grades than c-.is the single most important element in the decline of civilization.....it is hard to overcome ignorance and poverty, because it always ends in violence. I hate to read North escambia because it confirms everyday that the area is slipping into a total breakdown of civilization. We have never had more leo. We have never had more fire protection. We have never had more military in peace times, yet our civilization is crumbling and the system is totally broke.
