Not 25 years...LIFE. Without the possibility of parole. Luckily he didn't take anyone's life, I'm sure if given the chance, as soon as someone makes him mad, he'll start shooting again, and may actually kill someone. And that would be the fault of our justice system because he has clealy shown everyone that he lacks any concern for his or anyone else's life. He needs to spend the rest of his life in prison. Do you think he might be a part of the firearms problem? Perhaps Ms Pelosi should direct her attention to crimes such as this one. However, this incident just proves that you cannot legislate common sense and obedience to the law. That said, obtain a valid concealed carry permit and carry it. It won't save you if you aren't carrying it when you need it. He most probably is not an NRA member;
