Scenic Hwy is a nightmare starting at 4:00 p,m. If one cannot see the mail trucks on the shoulder they need to be ticketed. Quit assuming the speed limit is gospel! It was just starting to rain; so when the vehicle in front of me did a really fast swerve to go around the stopped postal vehicle, my car started sliding and spinning around on the slick road. I didn't hit the rear of the postal vehicle, but did knock the side mirrors off both my car and the postal vehicle. The postal worker was at a house talking to the resident when this happened so the only injuries were to the vehicles. I too was ticketed for careless driving.
