		<description>One of those Orange electronic construction signs has a notice on it that Beulah Rd at 9 Mile is going to be closed. I don&#039;t remember the date for it. I&#039;m guessing it is to install the new traffic signal cross members to cover the new much bigger intersection, but that is only a guess.</description>
