I Love everything about this!!!! This will benefit EVERYONE in my house. This is the perfect solution for elderly people, PSC students without cars and unlicensed drivers. I work in Pensacola but I hate to drive so, will be using this service.

Not sure about the seemingly complaints, since they read incoherently.
I’m very grateful for the option. Since not every young adult drives, and disabled and handicap can be more independent, etc

(1) a feasibility study was done to determine what the demand would be.
(2) take note that in order to increase demand for service, certain areas would be served on different days.
(3) that’s why it’s offered as a government service. between the value added gas tax, a couple of other taxes, and a block grant – the grant mentioned in the article, the remaining cost can diffused via the drivers as a small fee.

it mentions in the article that the small fee is not the only source of funding…

I think it is wonderful. We have been overlooked in this area all my life. It is time we get to use some of our tax money like the ones who live in Molino, Cantonment,and Pensacola. We probably pay more taxes than the others do because we have acreage with high taxes. We also need a Health Clinic in Walnut Hill, Davisville or Bratt area up here. Thanks Escambia County!

just saying, your paying a added gasoline tax to pay for bus service for locals in Pensacola, why not get some added service out her for the tax you pay.

This would be a good way to save on gas money if you work in Pensacola. I know I would take advantage of this if I lived in those areas.

This is a crime to send this van with a paid driver all the way to the north end to pick up a rider and only charge 1 maybe 2 dollars.

Pick you up at your house in century and take you to Pensacola for a dollar or two each way that’s awesome at least people in the north end get to benefit from the commission wasting money for change
