County spends no telling how much money and resources to find and capture this guy then he gets a $1,000 bond which I understand costs him $100 to get out of jail. Seems somehow these criminals should have to repay the cost of apprehending them. Of course most are deadbeats living off the taxpayers anyway. Hope the trailer found is one of the several lately reported stolen, the church or the fella who does landscaping would surely like theirs returned. State system is a mess.
