I pray this lady gets her dog back and please put locks and chains on your gates. Stay outside with the dog will be the best or install a wireless security camera. You only need one. There's a BIG difference! Although it really doesn't matter...it was a special someone's dog that was stolen from someone that really needed it. If it was a Service Dog other charges can be filed.
