If a shooting does occur at a school a "good guy teacher" with a gun maybe shot as law enforcement arrives at the school.Money is always the main issue , fund for trained school resource officers. Let each teacher decide for themselves if they can handle the responsibility of a firearm!!! Then if you need more people at a school to be armed then hire some/more "guardians". Problem solved.
