ALL OVER THE COUNTRY!!!!!! No one really wants to work at Holman because the guards cannot even defend themselves without the inmates pressing charges on them for being inhuman/assaulting them. I just want to know when the world went to the trash?? These men are in prison for a reason. They have been found guilty by a panel of peers. Its time to treat them accordingly. LIKE INMATES. That does not mean mistreat them. But it also does not mean the guards have to take the crap from them either. The officers are supposed to be in control. Which Holman is completely out of control. I mean really? The state gives the inmates all the rights and the COs have to tiptoe around them. I'm surprised that they have any staff at all! One wonders how long it will be before they just lock 'em up and let them sort it all out in the "big house" amongst themselves! Return the justice system to the those who administer justice and quit giving cons more rights than their guards, and maybe they'll be able to keep some staff. Is anyone surprised by this at all? Add to that the substandard pay(a security cop at the mall makes just as much) and horrible work conditions.
