		<description>It would be nice if the legislators would kindly update the regulations, specifically what defines a &quot;heavy&quot; truck these days.  Look at the GVWR of just about any decently equipped light duty pickup made in the last 15 years and try to find one under 5000 lbs.  There is more than one SUV even that&#039;s over 5000lbs empty, look it up.</description>
