The standards seem to suck as we OFTEN get multiple inches of rain here. Seems they drain for 2" max rainfall. Plus all these 1 street subdivisions almost always cause problems nearby. I'm at 108 feet above sea level (thats a mountain in FLA) and my yard and house flood. Gave up battling the county for the last 18 years as they "didn't care' (words of the old engineer). No master plan...piecemeal construction. Plus didn't this area JUST get an upgrade? Laughable and pathetic in my book.
