Been under $2 in Bay Minette and Atmore, Alabama for months — why does it take price gouging Tom Thumb so long to go down one cent a gallon but half a day to go up 10 cents a gallon!!

economist is correct. The current fuel prices are a clear reflection of a stagnating market or shrinking market.

low gas prices and dropping gas prices is not a good economic indicator. it is nice to but historically speaking, it only precedes bear markets.

Gas prices in Escambia county would be even lower if it weren’t for that ridiculous four cents per gallon gas tax we pay to maintain and buy new buses for ECAT, a public transportation system that very few people use.
