State did pass the Year-Round Daylight Savings Time, you are right about that. U.S. Congress must also Pass the proposal before it can be put into place and they did NOT do that. Actually, may not have even considered it. BIG hangup is for the airlines schedules having such a squirreled up time for Florida while the surrounding states are either one or two hours different. Foley would be 2 hours different from Escambia Co, Fla as an example. @ Just wondering…..

State did pass the Year-Round Daylight Savings Time, you are right about that.
U.S. Congress must also Pass the proposal before it can be put into place and they did NOT do that. Actually, may not have even considered it.
