Maybe he did not feel comfortable living in the brand new home he was given and decided to tear it up before setting it on fire. The town needs to find out what the gentleman’s problem is before spending the money to refurbish it again.

Broken windows? Heck, as long as there are no metal storage units in the backyard and a fence eight feet high restriction, everything is good with the bureaucracy and to make sure everything is absolutely historic, that district only lets fires be put out by a horse team with a steam water pump.
