Judges do not set the bond upon initial arrest, that falls to the arresting officer. There are minimum, recommended and maximum bonds that can be set. 2500.00 is the recommended bond on a third degree felony.

That’s why I voted not to retain the judges! We’re too concerned about a criminals rights. Our prisons are so overpopulated with minor offenses a pos like this gets bonded out. Look at other countries punishments, Singapore for example!! But no, we treat our criminals with respect….smh

If his name is on the registration the car is the States car now.. There’s already a law in place.
