The ECUA Board is just about the same as it was when I left Pensacola 6 years ago, which was just about the same as it was before that for the 15 years I worked at ECUA. Obviously the majority must be happy with the status quo otherwise you fine citizens wouldn't keep electing the same folks. It is just plain insanity to elect the same officials and expect different results. Blah, blah, blah…Same old, same old.
