They pull out in front of people, they block the entire median and people heading south and turning east on Quinette have no way to get off the road and turn because the offenders can't see if it's clear due to southbound traffic. They are just there in the median. Im sure thinking how stupid we are to try to turn in there. Jeez! Bad part: Soon the county will pay a HUGE sum of money to the first person who dies there because a fast driver, rightly in the fast lane, ends up slamming into someone trying to turn East onto Quintette OR someone who just pulled out in front of them. It is surely just a matter of time.
