Nobody has to give them to the inmates. Due to under paid officers and budget contraband flows relatively easily in the state prisons. Tighten up is so much easier sad than done. News flash they're criminals. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW RULES. Weapons are illegal for them to posses in jails/prisons. Yet they do whatever they can to make or get them. Believe it or not some people actually think that if you make something illegal then everyone will automatically stop trying to posses/use said item. I do have a great idea. If you feel that you can do a better job go through the academy, put the on badge, and leave your family every day not knowing if you'll come home.
