Do you folks even read the article, or just comment on the story headline ? As William pointed out to Bewildered, “charges dropped”.
So I’ll say to @Rick, no, they don’t have charges on the driver and clearly never did evidenced by the last sentence in the story. “The driver was issued a citation for no seatbelt”.
As for Docherty himself. Make some changes to your life or you’ll be back in jail. Again.

It’s refreshing when a news sources publishes a follow up such as this. John Homer Docherty for one is appreciative. That said, while everyone may be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, an arrest record is forever
