I Thank God for people like you that are helping "Hurting People" like these families. I have never experience this kind of tragedy but hurt so much for all of these families. My prayers for each family and also for all rescue team who worked and helped them have closure. You are "Appreciated and May God bless you all".

In Christian Love, Virginia McCrory (friend of Gary and Mescilla Lawson who personally know them).

So so thankful Charlotte’s body has even found and brought back to her femilyl it’s incredible that she was located so far away from where she went into the flood... 85 miles. It’s only the dedication and determination of the teams that made this possible. That’s like saying I fell in the creek at Big Escambia and was never found until I’d floated all the way to Escsmbia Bsy in Florida.

Only by stubborn refusal to give up, not leave anybody behind, is a search and recovery mission like this one accomplished. I’ve worked drownings when creeks and rivers were raging, it seemed impossible bodies would ever be found. I’ve watched family members sitting on the banks, staring into the raging waters that took people they loved. There is nothing sadder in the world, when you know they’re out there, but nobody can locate them.

The heat, the snakes, the unrelenting stress and torture of s mission like this. The only way to know just how excruciating it is is to be a part of it. But when you finally leave there, when everyone has been returned to their families... you get a sense of satisfaction that never goes away.

But for the grace of God, that could be my family. I thank God for these brave, dedicated people who give all so others can have the closure and comfort they desperately need. Thank you.
