These people, if they weren't bringing anything inside the prison= no charges in my opinion. The state will most likely scare them into taking a plea with prison time. That's the state's m.o. when they don't think they can win at trial. What kills me is how people give more credence to the state with a mindset "their not going to lie, that's the prosecutor, judge, cop, etc...." The machine they used to swab my hands alerted them to drugs. They searched my vehicle that was squeaky clean. False positive test happen all the time.
