@Shay and Robinhood–People like me. I’m just about as conservative as you can get yet for the Constitution how it is written. I don’t blame others for problems. If the kid was being stopped for a minor infraction and he runs, don’t let it be a danger to others and get him later. Numerous cities do this because high speed chase are dangerous. And for a minor infraction. Use your head. Yet I agree with harsh punishment when caught. Heck, I wish cops could still kick butt without the circus it becomes. Robinhood–Not making threats. Just simple cause and effect.

Whisperjets, Just what would you have parents do? Parents are charged with child abuse when they discipline their children today. I know, we can actually blame the people committing crimes for doing dumb stuff and not trying to blame anyone else.
It seems like all people want to do is blame someone else instead of the person or persons that did it , once you reach a certain age you know what is right from wrong, it’s no one else’s fault for what you do, unless they have you at gunpoint or something. When will we have personal accountability or doesn’t that matter anymore? None of us are perfect, whether it’s parenting or just life and we do not control the actions of others, all though some would like too.

…The LEO’s are doing a good job..problem ..too many outlaws..When you have folks shooting guns and fighting on Davis and I-10..and kids fleeing from LEO’s and causing deadly accidents , the base of the problems start at home where kids are not taught that responsibility for one’s actions brings consequences , both good and bad…try using discipline early on in a child’s life and we might see a change in society..

Your way of thinking is what is wrong with the world these days. Blame others for your actions instead of taking responsibility for your own actions. The police ran after him after he ran from them. They didn’t make him run. I hate it for the family of this young man but he chose to run and caused his own death. Stop blaming the Leo’s for doing their jobs!!

Judge ye not lest ye be judged. You all make me SICK, ye without sin cast the first stone, How dare you all judge this young man whom you do not know. The driver of that vehicle, the one that was fleeing the police, the one that caused all that damage is still alive, kept right on fleeing and left his passenger to die, now how do all of you judgemental individuals feel, I pray something like this doesn’t come knocking at your door and ugly, hurtful people talking about your deceased love one.

Shame on all of you for being so cold about the young persons life just because he has been in trouble with the law. What if it were your child, grandchild, brother etc…, would you be so fast to think it was ok that their life was lost. If any of your family members should ever get in trouble with the law I guess you’re the type to write them off, I think not. The LEOs in the north end of the country drive way to fast I’ve called and reported it because it could cause an accident so don’t be so fast to think they always make the right decisions. True no one can change on their own but a touch from God could have helped him. How many on here would admit they’re a Christian but talking trash about this guy.

Are YOU that naïve to think he would straighten up after being arrested and in trouble so much. At least he will not be able to steal things that do not belong to him anymore. I guess you can call that “KARMA”. You are not going to kill anyone unless YOU want to do the time too or risk getting shot by the CCW victim you wish to shoot. You people are some real winners. If he didn’t commit a major felony to be stopped to start with, I blame LEOs. No need to go on a high speed chase over something minor. Let him ride and get him later on. Cause lemme tell you, if it was over a traffic infraction and he had killed my family member because of being chased, it’d be some trouble buddy. At least it was the suspect that was killed and not the victims. After a quick search of escambia jail view, the dude probably had over 20 charges from 2015-2018. On the bright side, it saves the us, the tax payers money so that we’re not giving him 3 hots and a cot for the rest of his life. Justice served!
