Minimum mandatory of 10 years then he has a separate case of home invasion with a firearm set for sentencing. Glad they caught this guy and he is off the streets. He learned the hard way with hard time in state prison. I cannot imagine the fear that 13 year old must have felt. That's child will never feel safe in his/her own home again after a traumatic experience like that. This is exactly what out judicial system and law enforcement is for.
