(Probably $1000. for each charge). The suspected drunk driver was charged with 3 different charges. DUI $5000., Hit & Run $7500., Reckless Driving with injuries $5000. So the bonds are higher, just not as many charges. These bonds were higher than usual for the charges, probably due to him having a previous DUI just over five years ago. The gentleman selling deer meat that was arrested received a 28,000 bond. It seems to me the gentleman arrested with DUI would be more dangerous to society..The DUI should be a felony also before selling deer meat would be. What some screwed up laws we have in Florida!!!
