We need our road repaired on Briggs potholes and flooding but we seem to get left out all the time! it takes months with just a simple water leak to get help? They should be required to address The current conditions of blight and dilapidated housing with code enforcement but this would only lead to fines and leins. 26% of the homes indicated in the report are poor or dilapidated and the people who reside in these homes or own these properties do not care. There's going to have to be some rigid direction and enforcement in order for this plan to succeed and a lot of people will be unhappy. So clean up, pay up or move away and let the plan work..
