While out on the streets checking on rental properties, I saw numerous Georgia Power crews in the our area to assist our local linemen. Gulf Power has done a great job restoring power and it is fantastic that they were able to call upon assistance from one of their “sister” utilities.

So thankful for these diligent workers. Hats off to the dedicated members of the crews! We were also only without power for about an hour before GP got it back up and running!

Thank the lord for all these crews who were probably in bed and thank them for getting power up so quick if it wasn’t for them we would be without power all night i can’t sleep without a fan on me im only 14 years old but i kow how it is getting up in the middle of the nght just to go out and fix the power

We lost power in our area last night for about 1 hour before Gulf Power had it back on again. Thanks to all the crews who work in such bad weather!

Kudo’s to Gulf Power for their quick response to the outages. In my area, at approximately 11:42pm, there was an outage which caused the loss of power to 511 accounts. Within 2-hours, Gulf Power had service restored. It was still raining with gusts of wind. However, power crews were out making repairs.
