Century has a black mayor, a majority black city council, and a majority black population. How can the towns financial problems be blamed on white people? All they are doing is living in the town, paying taxes, water, gas, and sewage bills. They don't make decisions regarding the towns business. The mayor and city officials do. They need outside help to oversee and get things straight. I hope the states attorney recommends a full operational audit and then they will learn things and realize it's not personal nor especially racial. (or shouldn't be) It's about running the municipality properly by ordinance. You don't do it like you might think it's supposed to be done. Things are clear and legal and properly laid out by the State of Florida how to do things. There is a manual to read and rules and laws to follow.
