In January, the citizens of North Escambia County were promised a temporary bridge replacement open, no later than the first of November, for the CanoeCreek bridge, on Bratt Road. There has been NO work started, and, the Commissioner refuse to return ANY calls made by me, or, my neighbors. HE made a promise to meet with us, as a group, and ha refused to reply to any and all invitations to meet. His office will not return any calls, either.
