100% of people who say that 99% of people who are accused of a crime are guilty are easily swayed and extremely judgmental. I live in a world where real charges are sometimes brought on innocent people.

By the way 95% percent of al statistics are made up just to try to prove a point.

99% or the time “cannot prove the case” is due to the victim no longer wanting to proceed. Usually this is due to

the victim realizing that if the man goes to jail, she will lose the income he makes

The victim being in fear of more violence

The victim thinks the suspect is “going to change”

Let’s see if he is re-arrested within a year for domestic violence.
