If I’m not mistaken, his mother is or was a nurse and seems as if he may have worked for the City way back when. He’s always had a serious drug and alcohol problem and never seemed to be “all there” to me. I’m curious about how deputies can state that they’ve had over 300 unreported incidents of violence over the last 54 years. If they were unreported, how do the deputies know how many may or may not have happened? And he’s only about 57! Seems they must have started when he was awfully young.
