Roads are a mess and where they ran under line drainage pipes the top surface is caving in. They left 2 months ago and never re-seeded the grass in front of the homes.

Then to really piss the neighbors off. They dug up concrete driveway pads to run drain pipe under. But when they replaced them the street water now runs off the road and drains into everyone’s front yard and driveways.

Catch drains were only put by the corners of main roads. For the last three years the area has flooded badly during all heavy storms. We were promised that after construction the flooding would end. It only become worst.
