Circuit, appellate, or supreme court hearings or rulings aren’t necessary after the people voted on this issue. Seems Gov Scott isn’t a person of “We the People”, because they wrote it and We voted. Im a bad epileptic my seizure meds cost 5000 a month still doesnt help like this does, why is it so bad FL all about money why not tax it only epiddemic it will cause is a boom in food sales and a lot of happier people.

Just legalize and tax it. Colorado did it and they are taking in the tax money and people are happy. The government needs to let people make decisions for themselves.

the politicians are going to keep messing with the medical marijuana law. until
it is put on the ballot as recreational use. I don’t want to see that. But that’s what happens when politicians try to make medical decisions.
