Lets not re-engineer a road before we know what caused the accident. Why is it that when there is an accident people point the finger of blame at the DOT, and their engineers? I have been at this exit hundreds of times and never even a close call. Most of the time when an accident happens it is due to human error. Drivers are often tired and or distracted, which is what leads to most accidents. You can install lights, bumps and signage but when you add a tired or distracted driver no amount warnings will help.It seems more and more people are expecting the government to protect them by making everything fail safe. I am sorry people but we are responsible for our actions and when you get behind the wheel of an automobile it is your responsibility to get from point A to point B without an incident not the DOT. If you don't liken the roads or feel they are unsafe you should exercise your freedom of choice and chose not to drive on them.

Never engineered with proper distances, lighting, signage, so who knows how many more will be killed until corrective measures are taken?

The ramp does seem short and before you know it you’re at 113. This intersection needs attention.

I agree, I have been traveling I-65 and getting off on the exit to 113 my entire life and still to this day it surprises me how that stop sign seem to amazingly pop up and very hard to see at night. That spot needs a flashing red light

Maybe a flashlight at the stop sign on exit 69 off ramp to 113 I have seen many times were vehicles miss the stop sign and stopped dead in the middle of 113 coming off of 69 ramp it's very dark in that spot people not realizing how close to stop is I travel this road two to three times a week day and night so I know that it is very dark and the stop sign is hard to see at times so hopefully a flashing light would work to bring attention to the stop sign
