I wish someone would do something about this poor trapped dog in an 8×8 kennel. He never gets any attention. Never gets out. Barks 24/7. I’ve called animal control. They won’t do anything. Totally neglected dog. He is starting to sound desperate.

I know things have to go through proper channels but it really bothers me that these animals had to suffer for ” several months ” in addition to what they had already gone through while the powers that be ” worked with the owners ” before taking them.
There has to be a better way. Thank you to PER for all that they do. I pray everyone who can will help them help these animals.

thank you again diane,you always go where needed.and thank to the people that turned them in.alot of people turn their heads and dont want to get involved but people open your eyes and call in on people that dont feed their animals.its heart breaking to see any animal go hun gry.i bet the owners didnt go hungry.i will do without just to feed my animals. yes feed has gone up but if you cant buy it dont own them.ask for help before they get in that shape.
